This weekend we split up and headed off in many directions. Five of us headed up north. First stop was a tour of Patrick Henry College in Purcellville, VA. Several weeks ago I checked our address list and came upon our Navigator friends that live 7.47 miles from PHC. I wrote to them, and they responded with an enthusiastic, “Yes! Stay with us.” How fun to have friends we haven’t seen in 20+ years not only provide a place to sleep, but lively conversation, dinner and breakfast as well as a viewing of Come What May (a movie produced by PHC students).
**We didn’t take any photos while staying with them, but here Dave and Jill were captured on film 23 yrs ago at our wedding. Of course they haven’t changed a bit, but they have added three delightful children to the family and one exchange student from Germany.
